Private dating decision coaching for professional women

Dating should not cost you your peace.

Dating Clarity is a private three-session programme for professional women who are tired of second-guessing themselves in dating. Together, we look at what the situation is actually showing you, what fear, chemistry and outside pressure may be adding, and what matters most to you, so you can make a decision you can stand behind.

Recognition

The situation may be new, but the questions can feel familiar.

Am I expecting too much, or not enough? Am I overlooking something I will regret? Should I give this more time, or have I already seen what I need to see? Why do my standards get harder to hold the moment I actually like someone?

Friends offer opinions. Articles name red flags. Neither gives you a process built around your values, your choices, and what you have actually seen from a person.

The reframe

Sometimes the person changes, but the decision points stay surprisingly familiar.

Dating Clarity helps you notice those moments, without blaming yourself for how someone else behaved. You look at what draws you in, how you tend to respond when the situation is unclear, and what you want to observe before deepening trust or commitment.

The method

Notice what repeats. Clarify what matters. Decide what comes next.

One

Notice what repeats

We look back at the choices that shaped your dating life and find the decision moments that keep returning. No blame, no diagnosis. Just a clearer view of what has been happening.

Two

Clarify what matters

We clarify your values, needs, boundaries and preferences, then translate what matters into behaviour you can observe over time.

Three

Decide what comes next

We take a real situation you are facing and put the process to work, so it stays yours for every choice after this one.

What you leave with

Three tools that stay yours.

Personal Pattern Reflection

A clear view of the decision moments that may be repeating and what tends to influence your choices.

Dating Priorities Guide

A personalised guide to your values, needs, boundaries, preferences and the behaviour you want to observe consistently over time.

Dating Decision Guide

A repeatable process for deciding whether to continue, slow down, ask more, set a boundary or consider commitment.

Why Eric

Dating decisions, without dating rules.

Before training as a professional coach, I ran a matchmaking practice, and saw how difficult clear choices become when feelings, hope and uncertainty are involved.

I now combine that experience with an AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching to offer a calm, structured and client-led process. I do not explain what men want, teach women how to be chosen, or make decisions for you.

I will not tell you whether to stay, leave, or commit. I offer a calm, structured space where you can understand your own patterns, look honestly at what you have seen, and reach a decision that stays yours.

The programme

One private programme, start to finish.

Dating Clarity runs over about three weeks, with a short review a month later, once you have had time to use what you built.

It includes:

  • A private intake before you begin
  • Three private 90-minute sessions
  • Your Personal Pattern Reflection
  • Your Dating Priorities Guide
  • Your Dating Decision Guide
  • Reflection work between sessions
  • A 30-minute review after 30 days
Founding-client rate
KES 25,000

Available to the first five accepted clients. The standard fee is KES 35,000 once those places are filled.

One fixed fee covering your intake, three private 90-minute sessions, your three personalised decision tools, reflection exercises between sessions, and a 30-day review.

You are not buying more relationship advice. You are building a decision process you can use well beyond one person or one situation.

Payment is requested only after the private fit conversation and mutual agreement that the programme fits. Pay by M-Pesa or secure card link.

Who it is for

This is for you if:

  • You are single, dating again, or watching a familiar situation take shape once more.
  • You want to understand your own part without being blamed for someone else's behaviour.
  • You are willing to look honestly and do a little work between sessions.
  • You want a clearer way to decide, not a promise of the perfect partner.

This is not for you if:

  • You are looking for matchmaking or introductions.
  • You want someone to tell you whether to stay, leave or commit.
  • You need couples therapy, counselling, or crisis support.
  • Someone's safety is at risk, or another kind of help would serve you better right now.

You do not need to be dating anyone to start. Some of the clearest work happens between relationships.

About
Eric Maina, dating decision coach

Eric Maina

Dating Decision Coach for Professional Women

I bring a calm, structured and nonjudgmental approach to helping you examine patterns, clarify what matters and make intentional relationship decisions without surrendering your autonomy.

My coaching background is grounded in helping people think clearly, examine assumptions and make decisions under pressure. Dating Clarity brings that disciplined, client-led approach to dating, trust and commitment.

I do not teach women what men want or tell clients how to be chosen. My role is to help you evaluate what you have observed, understand what influences your decisions and reach conclusions that remain your own.

One belief sits underneath the work: dating should not cost you the life and peace you have worked so hard to build.

Professional boundaries

A private and professional process.

Every client starts with a private fit conversation and a coaching agreement. I work within the boundaries of coaching, and I will tell you plainly if something else would serve you better.

The point is never to decide for you. It is to help you see clearly what is in front of you, know what matters to you, and take your next step with your eyes open.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to be in a relationship?
No. This helps whether you are seeing someone now, between relationships, or simply tired of the same questions or patterns returning.
Will you tell me whether to stay or leave?
No. I help you look at your values, what you have actually seen, and how you decide. The choice stays yours.
Why work with a man on this?
Because I am not offering a man's view of what women should do. I bring a structured, client-led coaching process. The focus remains your values, your observations and your decisions.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching, focused on your choices and what you do next. It is not therapy or treatment. If something else would serve you better, I will say so.
Is this matchmaking?
No. I do not find you a partner or look into anyone for you. This is about how you choose.
What is the first conversation?
A 20-minute call to understand what brought you here, explain how the programme works, and decide together whether it fits. It is not a free coaching session.
What does it cost?
KES 25,000 for the full programme as a founding-client rate, available to the first five accepted clients (KES 35,000 thereafter). Nothing to apply. Once we agree it fits, pay by M-Pesa or secure card link.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Sessions are online, so you can participate from Nairobi or elsewhere, subject to fit and scheduling.
Is it confidential?
Your information is treated confidentially within the limits explained in the coaching agreement and applicable law.
Begin

You do not need perfect certainty. You need a clearer way to respond to what you see.

If you are ready to understand what is shaping your choices and decide with a clearer head, start with one short, private conversation. Nothing to pay to apply.
